Getting started

Timedrop is the ideal platform to promote your events to a captive audience. For the first time people are able to follow your profile to automatically receive all your events within their timeline. View our guide on how to communicate with your followers.
Once you have created your profile the first step is to tell any existing customers you have to download the app. Instantly you will have started to created your audience. View our tips on how to promote your Timedrop calendar. They will be able to view all your events and pay for tickets (if TimedropPay has been activated). We will promote your events and profile throughout the site using our search bar and 'Discover' section.
Yes, you can create profiles for different needs. It may be that you run two businesses so would like a profile per business. This is not a problem. You can even sync the accounts within 'Settings' to stop you having to login and out of your accounts. You are able to simply jump between them.

General

Our share tool allows you to post your Timedrop profile url on all main social media platforms. You can also send it via text and email. View our tips on how to promote your Timedrop calendar.
On visiting your profile page they just need to click the 'Follow' button. That's it.
Within seconds of placing your event you can use the share tool to post the events details on to your social media accounts.
Yes, the 'Contact' button on your profile page and event listings allows anyone to send you a direct message.
This is a very useful tool we offer. Once you have built up your followers you are able to quickly announce events cancellations to them all from the event listing page. You can select to inform all followers or just the people attending. An email and Push notification is sent out with the cancellation notice. View our guide on how to communicate with your followers.
Yes, Timedrop users are free to add a comment to your event listing page. You are of course free to then reply to those comments on the page.
Yes, we actively encourage users to post events to their social media accounts to encourage the events promotion.
Simply scroll to the bottom of the event listing page and hit the 'Edit event' button. All updates made are instantly visible to your followers.
Your followers (depending on their notifications settings) will receive notifications for new events, event updates, shout-outs and cancellations. An email and Push notification to their smartphone gets sent. View our guide on how to communicate with your followers.
You will receive notifications when you get a new follower, a follower saves an event, commits to attend an event, leaves a comment, send a direct message and when you sell a ticket. The notifications come in the form of an email and Push notification to your smartphone. You do have control over the notifications you recieve via the 'Settings' section.

Payments

We offer a market leading payment solution called TimedropPay. Once approved you can start accept payments for your events. Alternatively, if you already have a payment provide you can insert the website url into your event listing.
With TimedropPay can you also take direct payments from your profile page. Simply activate the 'Pay' button and your followers can send you a payment. An example may be a yearly membership fee.
All ticket sales and payments received are saved within the 'Wallet' section of your profile. From within 'Wallet' you are able to view ticket sales per event and print an attendee list.





Event attendee

Getting started

Timedrop is a calendar platform that allows you to follow other users calendar of events. You are in control of who you follow to build your timeline of events.
You are free to view all the events listed. However, to really benefit from the platform we recommend you register to create your own free profile page. Once registered you are able to follow calendars, save events, comment and pay for tickets.
Having your own profile page is the first step to getting organised. You will be in full control over the calendars of interest you follow. Your profile includes a personal 'Calendar' where all events you have saved or indicated your are going to get stored. This is a very useful feature wthin your profile. Any tickets purchased are also saved witin the 'Wallet' section so you are in complete control of your purchase history.
Visit the 'Settings' section. From here you can edit your profile details, profile photo and many other settings.

General

Simply use our search bar or visit the 'Discover' section. Click on a profile or an event to find out more.
Following a profile is an integral part of the platform. It creates a connection to the profile which ensure their events automatically appear within your timeline. This way you will always have visibility of their events. You will also be included in any event updates, such as, cancellations.
Yes, other Timedrop users are able to follow your profile. They will only have access to your Followers and Following lists. Your 'Calendar' and 'Wallet' sections ARE NOT visible to your followers. They are secure private sections just for you.
Yes, you will receive an email into the 'Inbox' section and a Push notification to your mobile phone assuming your have downloaded our app.
Our 'Discover' section will recommend events we think you will be interested in. Also listed are popular events and calendars based on our users activity.

Payment

Yes, simply click the 'Buy Tickets' button, select how many you want and proceed to payment. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
No, we take a booking fee from the event organiser. You are only charged the ticket price.
All ticket purchased are saved within the 'Wallet' section of your profile.
